Therapy can help you explore the challenges that you are facing in your life, and assist you in developing strategies to manage and overcome these challenges.

I offer telephone and online therapy within the United Kingdom. If you are based in Northern Ireland I have a limited number of face-to-face therapy sessions. These sessions are available in person at my private practice based in East Belfast.

My areas of specialist interest are addiction, trauma, self-management of long-term health conditions, depression, anxiety, sexuality and identity. I also specialise in working with LGBTQ+ individuals.

My clinical practice is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing.

If you are interested in exploring therapy, I would invite you to book an initial free consultation to explore things further. I look forward to connecting with you.
