Therapy can help you explore the challenges that you are facing in your life, and assist you in developing strategies to manage and overcome these.

I offer telephone and online therapy within the United Kingdom. If you are based in Northern Ireland I have a limited number of face-to-face therapy sessions. These sessions are available in person at my private practice based in East Belfast.

If you are interested in exploring therapy, please contact me for further information.
