I offer telephone and online therapy within the United Kingdom. If you are based in Northern Ireland I have a limited number of face-to-face therapy sessions. These sessions are available in person at my private practice based in East Belfast.
My areas of specialist interest are addiction, trauma, self-management of long-term health conditions, depression, anxiety, sexuality and identity. I also specialise in working with LGBTQ+ individuals.
My clinical practice is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing.
