4. Fees, Payment and Appointment Attendance
In considering any purchases you make for our services you are required to pay Sanctuary Psychology Services the applicable fees and taxes. We (or our third part payment processor) will authorise your credit card, bank account or other payment method and you hereby consent to the same.
You must provide current, complete and accurate billing information when requested. In the event your payment details change (such as your billing address, card number or expiration date) you must contact us promptly to amend these details. You hereby authorise Sanctuary Psychology Services to obtain updated details should these not be provided following expiration. We reserve the right to charge any renewal card issues to the same extent as your expired card. If payment is not received, you hereby agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. This also includes cost of collection, legal fees and costs on obtaining any outstanding balance. In certain instances your credit card or banking provider may charge you transaction fees or related charges, which you will be responsible to pay. You are advised to check these details with your bank and/or credit card issuer for details.
Services provided that are invoiced should be paid as directed and within our contracted timeframe. Invoices that remain unpaid beyond this timeframe will incur a late payment fee as stated in your invoice terms.
Sanctuary Psychology Services provides initial telephone consultations for our services. There is no fee. If you miss your initial consultation one further consultation can be provided free of charge. Should you not attend this second initial consultation and you wish to book another there will be a charge for this service.
For all our services we require at least 24 hours notice if you are not able to attend your appointment. Where there is a fee, failure to provide this will result in the full appointment fee being charged for appointments missed or where less than 24 hours notice is provided.
